"Nature vs. Nature vs. Nature vs." is an album that's been in the works since 2011. The recorded material used to create these soundscapes comes from field recordings I've taken over the last seven years in various locations around Iowa, Illinois, Minnesota, Colorado, Oregon, and Washington.

The sounds on this cassette are a reconfigured version of a sculptural soundscape I created in collaboration with Des Moines soft sculpture artist, Rachel Buse, exploring habitat, capacity, and the processes of dislocation.
